अक्टूबर 2024 में लगने वाला सूर्यग्रहण भारत में दिखाई नहीं देगा, लेकिन इसे दुनिया के कई अन्य हिस्सों जैसे आर्कटिक, कूक आइलैंड, ब्राजील, फिजी, आर्कटिक, चिली, पेरू, अंटार्कटिका, अर्जेंटीना, होनोलूलू, उरुग्वे, ब्यूनस आयर्स, बेका आइलैंड, मैक्सिको और न्यूजीलैंड में देखा जा सकता है।
भारत में सूतक काल मान्य होगा या नहीं? Will Sutak period be valid in India or not?
सूर्य ग्रहण लगने से 12 घंटे पहले सूतक काल लग जाता है। आपको बता दें कि सूतक काल में पूजा-पाठ करना वर्जित माना गया है। यहां तक कि इस अवधि में भगवान की मूर्ति का भी स्पर्श नहीं करना चाहिए। लेकिन सूतक काल केवल उसी जगह पर मान्य होता है, जहां ग्रहण दृश्यमान हो, अर्थात् दिखाई दे। अक्टूबर में लगने वाला सूर्य ग्रहण भारत में नहीं दिखाई देगा, ऐसे में देश में इसका सूतक काल भी मान्य नहीं होगा।
वलयाकार या कंकणाकृति सूर्य ग्रहण क्या है? What is annular or annular solar eclipse?
ज्योतिष शास्त्र में सूर्य ग्रहण महत्वपूर्ण खगोलीय घटनाओं में गिना जाता है और यह आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से भी महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है। आपको बता दें कि चंद्रमा जब सूर्य और पृथ्वी के बीच आ जाता है, तो इस खगोलीय घटना को सूर्य ग्रहण कहते हैं।
इस बार लगने वाला सूर्य ग्रहण वलयाकार होगा। यह ग्रहण सबसे दुर्लभ माना जाता है। इसे ‘रिंग ऑफ फायर’ भी कहते हैं। वलयाकार या कंकणाकृति सूर्य ग्रहण तब होता है, जब चंद्रमा धरती से काफी दूर रहते हुए पृथ्वी और सूर्य के बीच आता है। इसमें चंद्रमा सूर्य को पूरी तरह नहीं ढक पाता है, और पृथ्वी से देखने पर सूर्य का बाहरी हिस्सा एक कंगन की तरह चमकता हुआ दिखाई देता है।
